We have enjoyed creating and collecting quilts for many years. Several years ago, I had a position with a company that required extensive travel from one end of the U.S.A. to the other. The best part of that job was having the opportunity to meet many, many people from all walks of life. During casual coversation, when asked, I welcomed the opportunity to share my passion for quilts and quilting. I soon realized that almost every single person had a story about a family quilt. I often heard the same sentiment ... "I wish I had that quilt" ... "my family doesn't have one single quilt" ... "my child adored my grandmother's quilts" ... "I have no idea what happened to our quilts". So many people love quilts and so many people commented that they wish they had one. That's how my quilting business was born. Today, we have The Quilt Boutique.

Our mission is quite simple. We want to provide you with the best quality products we can at a price that is affordable to you. All of our quilt tops are made with 100% cotton fabrics. If other than cotton fabric is used in one of our quilts or quilt tops, we will note it in the product description. Unless specified, all custom quilts are quilted and finished by The Quilt Boutique. Our vintage quilts are acquired by us in one of two ways: either we obtain an antique quilt top and then we finish it into a quilt, or we obtain the completed vintage quilt. We will provide you with as much information about out vintage quilts as is available to us. Vintage quilts are not returnable (we don't think you will want to return one anyway!). Some quilt tops are made by us; others are purchased from another quilt top maker (commonly referred to as "toppers" or "piecers"). Quilt top makers are just that. They like to make quilt tops; they do not enjoy quilting. I love quilting! Actually, I love all aspects of the construction but I don't have as much time to piece a quilt as I used to. However, you will find some completed quilts that are completely made by me (these will be noted as such).

We will always strive to provide you with classic accessories for your home. And, we will try to give you some ideas for coordinating our items with your decor.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
